HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PHOTOS?
When you fill out the order form you will have a choice to email your photos or you can mail us a CD or mail the actual photos for us to scan.

WHAT FORMAT SHOULD MY PHOTOS BE?
Your images must be 300 dpi resolution and over 1200 pixels, sized accordingly, and saved as TIFF or JPEG files. Emailed images must be sent as JPEG attachments . If you send us low quality images your comp cards will print blurry and we will not be responsible.

WHAT IS A PROOF?
A proof is an example of what your final comp card will look like when printed. No orders will be printed until a proof is approved by the customer, so please check your proofs carefully. When you approve the proof you are accepting responsibilty for all errors.

CAN I SEND SLIDES?
You can send us slides to scan, however for better quality you are better off getting photos made from your slides than send us the photos instead of the slides.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order via pay pal or you can mail a check or money order. If you mail an out of state personal check please note your order may be delayed, because your order will not process untill your check has cleared.

DO YOU DO BLACK AND WHITE COMP CARDS?
Yes! We do black and white comp cards but the price is the same. You have a choice to make one or both sides of your comp card black and white.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO WE USE ON OUR COMP CARDS?
Our comp cards are printed on very high quality Jenson 110 lb cover card stock with a satin finish.

CAN I SEND NEGATIVES?
No! We cannot work from negatives, you can get prints from your negatives, then send us those.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PHOTOS, SLIDES OR CD?
Yes! We will send back with your order any cd's, photos or slides that you send.

CAN I USE MY OWN LAYOUT OR SEND YOU A SAMPLE TO MATCH?
Yes! You are more than welcome to mail us or email us an example or old comp card and we will match the layout on your new order

WHERE DO SEND MY COMP CARDS?
Iinfiniti Models has reserched the industry in order to assist aspiring models get signed by agencies. We offer a CD directory with all the agencies in your area which you can submit your comp cards to. The CD has detailed Agency Names, preferred age, size & model types, fees, contact person, submitting procedures and more...Click here for more details.

Terms & Conditions.
1. A $20 non-refundable set-up fee is charged if you cancel your order after we have set up your proof Full cash refunds will only be issued if set up process has not begun. Credit will be issued only on orders that are deffective. Please note, customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.

2. Iinfiniti Models will try its best to reproduce your photos exactly as they appear, but due to variations in printing equipment the color saturation and hue may be a little different from your originals.

3. All orders must be approved via proof and all errors are customers responsibility after they approve the proof, this includes customers correct name spelling, stats, measurements and contact infomation.

4. Iinfiniti Models will not be responsible for any lost modeling opportfunities or lost income due to any delays in the ordering process.

5. Iinfiniti Models reserves to use all comp cards as samples in our comp card portfolio.

6. Return Policy: ALL CARDS must be returned within 15 days with a valid explanation for the return and must be approved. In-store credit only. No cash refunds. Shipping & handling fee will not be refunded. Return postage is the responsiblity of the client.

7. Please note that Iinfiniti Models respects your privacy and will not use any of the information you submit with your order for anything other than your comp card order.
